  • National Academy of Music has a long and prestigious history of teaching music lessons in Mississauga since 1979. Located in a 180-year old heritage brick building at the Kee Square Shopping Plaza in Mississauga, we have a wide repertoire of instruments we teach including:

    • Singing, Vocal, Voice

    At National Academy of Music, we welcome students of all ages and skill levels, from as young as age 4 all the way up to advanced levels. We offer music lessons that are private and one-on-one to allow the student to learn at their own pace. Our friendly and professional multilingual instructors speak English, Cantonese, Mandarin, French, Albanian, Arabic, Hindi, and German to accommodate foreign-speaking students.

    Our curriculum is recognized by the Ontario Ministry of Education. We are highly successful at coaching beginner and advanced students who are preparing for their Royal Conservatory of Music exams.

  • Contributing to the community

    Award-winning students and instructors have been coming to National Academy of Music for years, making an impact in Mississauga and surrounding communities. 

    • Recitals – Our music recitals are held at the beautiful Noel Ryan Auditorium.
    • Scholarships – The Peel Music Festival has awarded scholarships to some of our very successful students.
    • Festivals – Our students compete in the following festivals: Peel Music Festival, The Kiwanis Music Festival, Burlington Fall Music Festival, Davenport Music Festival, and the Mississauga Music Festival.
    • Awards – Our students have won 1st place in many GTA competitions.
  • The National Academy of Music has made a significant contribution to our city’s vibrant arts community. In a supportive and caring environment …. I commend the dedicated teachers for helping to develop the musical potential of more than 300 young people in our community.
